Returns

We welcome returns up to 30 calendar days from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please email info@oiseaugolf.com to initiate a return. 

Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will check it out and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Purchasers will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will issue you a return label which must be placed on the exterior of the box. You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged Oiseau

For claims regarding a damaged/defective hat, please email info@oiseaugolfco.com within 15 days of receiving your order or fill out the form below.

Shipping

Oiseau Golf Co. currently ships within Canada and the United States.

Shipping typically takes 3-10 business days. While we make every effort to ship all orders within that time frame, processing delays outside of our control may occur and unfortunately, we cannot make guarantees on shipping dates.

What happens if my address is entered incorrectly at the time of shipping?

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please email info@oiseaugolf.com for any questions.

Can you redirect an order to a different address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders to an alternate address once your order has been dispatched.

Who pays for shipping fees for orders in Canada?

We charge a flat fee of $10.00 orders of 1 hat and provide free shipping to Canada orders above $50. Make sure you order multiple Oiseaus!

Who pays for shipping fees for orders in the US?

US customers will be subject to rates calculated at checkout on the purchase of 1 hat. For orders of 2+ hats we provide free shipping to the US. 

Make sure you select the free shipping option during the checkout process once you proceed to the "Shipping" section of the process!

Don't worry, we charge our US customers an adjusted rate to account for the exchange rate!  

International Duties and Taxes

For shipments outside of Canada, your country has the right to impose local taxes, duties, or additional brokerage fees. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance. Oiseau Golf Co. is not responsible for the payment of this fee. The customer will be responsible for the customs fee and taxes for each shipment.
